Rooms & Rates
The minimum rate is 2 rooms at $75.00 per room for a minimum of 3 nights. Additional rooms have a rate of $75.00 per night. The entire 7 rooms have a total rate of $500.00 per night. Your rental is exclusive. You get full use of all amenities in the lower premises with the minimum booking. All non-rented rooms will be locked during your stay.
We are also pet friendly. Pets are allowed so long as their owners take full responsibility for any damage to the premises, to any people or persons, and to the pets themselves. Pets must be declared to the owners prior to check in.
Combate Beach Rental
2 rooms or more gets you full use of all amenities in the lower premises. Special rate for large groups that need all 7 rooms. Private, exclusive, enclosed and pet friendly. Minimum 3 night stay. Special rates available for 5 nights or more.
Price: $150 per night (3 night minimum)
$75.00 per night each additional room
$500.00 per night all 7 rooms.
